In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the alpha66 platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. alpha66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified. 21+ Only
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the alpha66 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. alpha66 makes no representation that the platform is legally available in all jurisdictions. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, you do so at your own risk and alpha66 bears no liability arising from such access.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with alpha66. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Current or former employees of alpha66, its subsidiaries, licensees, and associated companies, together with their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to use the platform for real-money gambling.
3.1 To access real-money games and services on alpha66, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. You agree to keep your registration information up to date and to inform alpha66 promptly of any changes.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. alpha66 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit acceptable identity documentation including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. You may also be required to provide proof of address and, in some circumstances, proof of payment method ownership.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. alpha66 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
3.4 alpha66 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to close any existing account, including where we suspect fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms, at our sole discretion.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the alpha66 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, Public Bank online banking, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are as displayed in the Cashier section of the platform at the time of transaction. alpha66 does not charge deposit fees to Members, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and your account being in good standing. alpha66 targets e-wallet withdrawals to process within five (5) minutes of approval and bank transfer withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes, though these timelines are targets only and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts subject to enhanced due diligence.
4.4 alpha66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Funds may be forfeited where an investigation confirms a violation.
4.5 You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
5.1 alpha66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotions, and other incentives to Members. The availability, structure, and terms of each promotion are governed by the specific terms applicable to that promotion, which are published alongside the promotion offer.
5.2 General bonus conditions include minimum wagering requirements (rollover requirements) that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in the promotion-specific terms.
5.3 alpha66 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winnings derived therefrom where it determines, in its sole judgment, that a Member has abused bonus terms, engaged in bonus collusion, or structured their play in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active on an account at any one time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
6.1 All bets placed on the alpha66 platform are subject to the specific game rules or sportsbook rules applicable to the product in question. Game rules are accessible within each game client. Sportsbook terms, including rules for specific sports, markets, and settlement procedures, are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform.
6.2 Once confirmed by the platform, a bet is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. alpha66 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted due to a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game configuration. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Member's account.
6.3 In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or sportsbook event, alpha66 will endeavour to resolve the matter in a fair and reasonable manner. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded.
6.4 Maximum bet limits apply on a per-game and per-event basis as displayed on the platform. alpha66 reserves the right to impose additional limits on specific accounts at its discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the alpha66 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the alpha66 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, and the alpha66 brand identity, is the intellectual property of alpha66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of alpha66.
9.1 The alpha66 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alpha66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or its content.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, alpha66's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 alpha66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10.1 alpha66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Members are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits through their account settings. These tools are available at no charge and take effect immediately when applied.
10.2 Self-exclusion is available to any Member who wishes to restrict their access to the platform voluntarily. Temporary self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to six months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and covers all alpha66 products. Self-exclusion requests may be submitted via the 24/7 live chat support team.
10.3 All games and services on the alpha66 platform are restricted to persons aged 21 and above. Where alpha66 has reason to believe an account is held by a person under 21, access will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance forfeited pending investigation.

11.1 alpha66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
11.2 On closure of an account, any balance held in the account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and the findings of any outstanding investigation. Where no violation is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 You may request the closure of your alpha66 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 customer support team. Where no outstanding bets or investigations are pending, the account will be closed and any eligible balance returned to you.
12.1 Your use of the alpha66 platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how alpha66 collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal data in connection with the platform and our obligations under applicable data protection law.
12.2 By registering with alpha66, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent subject to the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy.
13.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under alpha66's international gaming authority licence.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and alpha66 relating to your account or a transaction, you should first contact the alpha66 customer support team to seek informal resolution. alpha66 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and in a timely manner.
13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures provided under alpha66's licensing framework. alpha66 will cooperate fully with any such process.
14.1 alpha66 may amend these Terms at any time by posting revised terms on this page. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the alpha66 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
